How to send a takedown notice

2. The material on our site: give the exact URL where it appears on GadjetNest.
3. Your statement of good faith: say that the use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.

5. Your contact details: full name, business or organization if any, postal address, phone number, and email address.
6. Your signature: type your full name or add a scanned signature.

Incomplete notices are hard to verify and may be delayed.

What we do after we receive a notice

We read the notice to check if it is complete. If it is valid, we remove or disable access to the material. We then tell the contributor or account holder what happened and why. We keep a record of the request.

If your content was removed by mistake

You can send us a counter notice. Your counter notice must include:

1. The material that was removed and where it was before removal: give the exact URL.
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or a misidentification.
3. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of competent courts for your location and that you will accept service of legal papers from the person who filed the original notice.
5. Your signature: typed or scanned.

If the counter notice is valid, we may restore the material after a reasonable period unless we are told that a legal action has been filed.

Repeat infringements

We may suspend or end accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights. We may also refuse future submissions from people who ignore this policy.

Content hosted elsewhere

Some items on our pages may be hosted by third parties. For example: embedded videos or social media posts. We cannot remove files that are not on our servers. When this happens, we will guide you to the correct host or forward your notice if possible.

False or abusive notices

Do not file a claim unless you are sure. False claims can lead to legal and financial consequences. If you are not sure, please seek legal advice before you act.
